Learn about job-related occupational diseases

Occupational Disease i.e. job related illnesses are increasing rapidly among people. From insomnia and stress to cardiovascular diseases, cervical spondylitis and type-to-diabetes, youth are also having problems. Experts believe that due to work pressure, working in the night shift and working hours are too much. Doctors believe that 60-70 percent of working people in the private sector are troubled by the problem of blood pressure, diabetes, neck and back pain.

Adopt them
Every one hour should get up and walk for five minutes. Relax your eyes and body in the brakes.
Avoid eating oily or more spicy foods. Drink tea, coffee at least.
Drink more and more water to feel refreshed.
Keep doing medical checkup from time to time.
The seating position is fine. Before doing lunch, do small exercises on the eyes, neck, shoulders and respiratory.
Group such friends with whom you can talk openly. Always be positive.
No one is perfect, so do not stress if the target is not complete.

More workload-
70 percent of working people in private offices are occupational diseases. The average time of working in private sector is 12 hours. Even after reaching home in private offices, they continue to work on mobile and laptops. Faculty and Early medical checkups must be removed for both the government and the private sector.

National Institute of Occupational Safety and Health has included cardio vascular disease and psychological disorder in 10 main functional disorders. According to the PPC World (Employees' Association) people in the profession are more likely to have a sleep problem. Workers shift work in night shift is sleep disorder, which means they are victims of stress and irritability. According to ASSOCHAM survey, a large number of employees in the private sector are battling high blood pressure and diabetes.
